Refund Policy on Listings to Share Space

Effective Date: 5/01/2015

Our goal at Shared Offices is to create successful matches for our clients, whether they are looking to share space in another firm’s office, or have excess office space, and need tenants. Although we promote the web site to encourage both ends of the equation to participate, we cannot control this aspect of the marketplace. Simply put, we can only match up share space seekers and listers of space when they exist in our system. Therefore, please note the following Refund Policy.

For those who purchase List Your Office Space, we will offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. The refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase. To request a refund within the time period stated above, please request the refund in writing via email: info@sharedoffices.com. We will notify you of the action taken and any credits posted to your credit/debit card. Upon refund, your account will be deactivated and all information relating to your share space listing, removed for use in the search process.
